Description
Piles/Stacks of what appears to be garbage stored outside uncovered, including a stack of rain soaked mattresses and a discarded, large brown couch just sitting in the grass/side yard. Property of this home is overgrown with junk tossed about in the yard, grass & weeds grown over curb out into the street. Terrible mess. Unsanitary to say the Very least, a blight on a well-kept-up, truly wonderful neighborhood where owners take great pride in their properties and homes. (Property owned by: CLAXTON, ELAINE
