Description

I've filled out the online form 3x (no response). Called 3x, finally spoke to a person who told me it would be taken care of two weeks ago (didn't happen). All in regard to the graffiti on the light pole (owned by the city) at the intersection of our street. Now that both sides of the pole have been tagged (you can't miss it), thei person doing this focused his/her energies on our building. Then we were fined due to that tag. YET THE CITY HAS NOT REMOVED THE TWO TAGS I KEEP REPORTING TO GET REMOVED. Why should this building be fined when it's not our fault, and the city hasn't fixed their own property? I've called for the 4th time tonight, and left a message with Tom's voicemail. For the love of all things good, please remove the tags. It shouldn't be this difficult. It looks bad and encourages future tagging on other things nearby (like my building).
