Description
Sir / Ma'am:
Crumbling City easement driveway is becoming road hazard and destroying personal driveway.
Asphalt easement between 704 and 706 Esslinger Road, SE, from city street to Huntsville Utilities lot for water tower behind 704/706 is degrading rapidly, losing asphalt to street (and thrown out by garbage/trash trucks and U.S. Postal Service mail delivery vehicles), and accelerating deterioration of 704's individual driveway. I have only lived here 8 years, but neighbor has been in residence long enough to know city has repaved at least twice. Multiple layers of asphalt are visible.
Please refer to attached pictures for overall view and points of deterioration.
Can we please get on the City's schedule to re-pave this short stretch?
If it helps, neighbor and I pretty well provide perpetual care without charge to City/Huntsville Utilities for the Utilities lot that juts well into neighbor's backyard and ours—i.e., year round care for approximately 6,400 square feet of municipal property. (This is empty space north of current tower.)
Huntsville and Huntsville Utilities are both well run and this is not a complaint. Just request for service support.
Thanks greatly for your assistance.

P.S. I attempted to upload 7 images to show problems but this site only seems to accept one. Can submit more if you need/want.
