Description

There is excessive dumping of garbage, furniture under BART tracks on 45th street in the Temescal neighbor. Many homeless have set up camp under the tracks and the highway overpass. It's a blight to the neighborhood. I am having trouble loading more than one photo. I took many and would like to include more than one to show scope of problem. It's not just one pile but many - on the street , behind overpass supports, high above street, on sidewalks. I am ashamed of Oakland for allowing conditions such as this to continue.
