Martin Luther King Jr way has gotten out of control with all the illegal dumping and the homeless people. 23rd & MLK, 36th &MLK is the same over and over again . We don't want them on this street, What about the rights of the people who own, rent,work and live in this area ? It's out of control and needs to end now.
