CVWMA said bin there beyond pickup time is city's job to enforce city code, and they will not empty it with non-recyclables. Please help inform residents of problems.

Spoke to Representative with CVWMA to check the status of this concern; was advised issue must was resolved because there are no inquiries showing missed collections or concerns at the mentioned address.
