Your photo from last year does not clearly show the cab or cab company.

The photo we took today does not have any vehicle parked in that space.

Forgive for saying so, but seems rather petty. I mean, I live on LaFountain St. Each vehicle, I saw, had a city issued sticker attached, if they're parking in the backyard, they're not taking up spots on the street. If it's not hurting anything, why report it? I'm perplexed, I suppose.

We found a clear image of the Google Earth photo you submitted by going directly to their web site. This Google earth image was dated October of 2014.

It does show a cab parked on the grass last year.

The Google image from 2014 was adjusted to be able to view the cab company name M & N Taxi. The first result of a google search for the company takes you to a site that indicates "this business has closed". We left a message at the phone number to confirm they are no longer operating out of 105 Lafountain.

The Department of Planning and Zoning file has a 2003 permit for the fence around the driveway at this property. The permit folder description states:

"Construct stockade fence around western portion of property. Proposed fence is 6'(H), Except within the clear sight triangle where the driveway intersects Manhattan drive, Where the fence is 3'(H)."

The parking to the right where the complaint/Google Earth photo from October 2014 shows a vehicle is off that driveway. We have not found vehicles parked there during our visits this week.

The attached photo was taken today shows no vehicles parked on the grass.
