Description

Please upgrade the pedestrian traffic signals at 55th/MLK to either provide a walk light recall on every phase in each direction, especially during the daytime, or at least change the ped buttons to provide a "hot" walk signal even when pushed partway through the green phase. This should be fairly easy to do for MLK crossing 55th in both directions, and would probably only add a little bit of delay if added for 55th crossing MLK in both directions.
