Description

Continuously battling cars eager to speed onto highway as they leave Quincy Adams garage onto Burgin Parkway. When pedestrians get the Walk Sign, they get a green and ignore the "yield to pedestrians" sign. Almost ran over today and was honked at, and this is not the first time. City has claimed giving everyone a red would cause traffic , but so would road kill.
