trash dumping on sidewalks, there are couches and furniture. The sidewalk look horrible with litter etc. Most of the problem is because sidewalk is covered with vines etc which make it easy to just dump things. This side of the street is part of the mill and no one takes care of it. its really an eyesore the property owners like myself have to look at everyday. we would really appreciate if this was taken care of and the trash on the sidewalk removed.
