This problem persists EVERY weeknight starting at ~5:30 and running until at least 8:00 PM...whenever soccer practices are in session, this section of Perry Creek is a mess with back-ups. The line INTO the WRAL field complex is so long that cars cannot turn left OUT of the complex. Some well-timed vehicular signals would be greatly appreciated. Perhaps COR should contact CASL to INSIST that they fund a solution to the problem.

Traffic signs are installed based on 8 hours volumes and warrants set forth in the MUTCD handbook and have been adopted by NCDOT. This location does not meet the criteria required for signalization. Staff recommends contacting CASL about officers.
