If a car approaches light on Bowdoin, they get a green light, stopping traffic on Broadway. If another car comes right after, there is little to no delay and it stops traffic non-stop mornings. The car approaching light on Bowdoin should have some wait, delay; a minute or two? Or preset time in mornings because it backs up traffic down Main & Broadway really bad when school is in session.
