apparently the city has money and plans to fis up 3 intersections in the city, they are 2nd and 15th, central and 15th and 6th and 15th, work is supposed to start this year.

I think I piped in on an issue similar to this a while ago. I have an older vehicle that doesn't have mcuh give in the front suspension and I cannot go through that intersection travelling West. I have to turn left, go up 2nd to 16th and do a detour around. That intersection is defintely the worst in the city!

This intersection is in desperate need of repair. Holes and ruts in every lane; I don't even like using this intersection if I have to go up the hill to do some business.
