Starbucks, the new one, bad issue with parking in fire lanes. At times there isn't a red fire lane open in the morning for all the ppl parking against the curb.

Q. Describe Illegal Use
A. Ppl are using the fire lane at Starbucks for parking. The occupancy of starbucks is a lot more than the parking lot will accommodate. During the morning time you cannot see the red fire lane for all the vehicles.
