On north-east side of Walnut Blvd on or in the road shoulder area in block between approximately 3120 Walnut Blvd( near cross street Nob Hill Dr.) to Eckley Ln. – when attempt to walk in this unfinished area, as it is the only place to walk other than on the narrow road itself, - it is made more precarious due to bottles and glass, looks to be remains of needles, and general debris.
