Description

Our power box next to our mailbox is open and cannot be shut without force. It is displaying live wires. I believe it used to be held shut with zip ties. The brackets do not shut, on account of the unit being somewhat bent out of shape.

Our technician was dispatched and taped up the box temporarily. The hinge on the box is broken. Thank you for the prompt service! A time Warner rep showed up at the house to repair the box within two days. He didn't know why he was sent out at first, but when he called me he quickly saw and remedied the problem.
