Lawn is overgrown and needs to be maintained on a regular basis to control mosquitoes, rats, snakes and other nuisance wildlife that live on the property. Standing water and weeds in the ditch are causing major mosquito problem. Children live and play on the neighboring properties that are affected by the lack of maintenance of this properly. Also, the lack of maintenance on a regular basis of the vacant property is in violation of City codes and the neighborhoods deed restrictions.
