The pothole is in the street (right lane) on Blount and is potentially damaging to vehicle wheels and axles. It is very close to where the road intersects with Peace.

Who maintains Blount Street if not the City of Raleigh?

I have gone ahead and submitted a comment/repair request to the division 5 NCDOT for the pothole on Blount Street, though I still believe that Blount Street repairs are the responsibility of the city.
