The animal is so flattened into the grass if you're not looking for it you will not be able to find it but it is still there as of today

This has been referred to the Animal Welfare Division on Case C15-51532. Updates will follow.

The carcass is a few feet South of the fire hydrant (in between that and the sidewalk), it appears to have been a dog.
