Description

Graffiti above near the roof and under CAHILL construction sign. Graffiti covers the wide of the building. South side of the building above fire scape stairs; close to six floor. I have reported this before and nothing has been done for 18 months. Now the construction contractor is working on the site have them remove the graffiti. No more excuses or start an investigation on why graffiti is not removed.
