A. 2 tags on fence along Columbus Parkway the right side heading towards Benicia passed the Columbus Georgia intersection. Both approximately 12"x24". Thus neighborhood was hit in the early hours of Wednesday July 22. Spoke with a neighbor who said she was awakened around 3:30 by a group of people moving through the neighborhood, looked like they were doing something, her creep meter went off but she did not call it in. The night before I had called in for a group of 5 young adults roaming around the neighborhood. Have no idea if it's related.
