Description

This drain is directly across the street from 381 Ponderosa Road. Not sure if this is a city issue or California Golf Club issue. Drain elbow has separated and during rain storms, water pours onto dirt hillside causing erosion. Secondary issue is whether or not golf course should be actively channelling water off their property onto city streets and city storm drains with the potential for overwhelming system during rain storms. Catchment basins on golf course are a better option. Please see photo indicating problem and current situation.
