Normally I couldn't care less if any of the kickball teams bring their dogs to the Brookside ball fields while they play, but when one of the team members verbally attacks one of the neighbors about having their dogs on the ball field, then I draw the line. I told Mr. Blue Hair we would have a chat about this if I saw any team members with their dogs on the ball fields, but decided this is a better venue.

So, we the neighbors of Capitol Heights would appreciate it if the rules would apply to the kickball team members if they plan to enforce them on the neighbors.
