Description

Manhole cover coming off so opening partly exposed and may be broken. Previously reported by phone but never repaired.

FYI - A neighbour aligned the cover after a car drove over it and dislodged it more, making the opening dangerous, but there is no metal framing to prevent it from being knocked off again.
