Nomad's deli is sponsoring a farmers Market every Saturday and Sunday. Nomad's is leasing the parcel of land. It will be good for our area to have fresh local produce. Policing (foot, horse patrols)has increased over the past few months on the entire BPB business corridor and nearby residential streets. Please voice your concerns to the Princint.

There is a way to have a lease because the owner of parcel is dead and city is has been unable to locate any heirs. That is why it took the city 7 years to demo the building. There has been no transfers of the lot it is still in the same owner's name who is no longer alive. Also there issue of pulling the permits to install the parking log. The concerns I have is the increase of traffic through the alley and also what is going to happen after hours. I attempted to speak with the people at Nomads today and basically told they were going to what they wanted to do.

I'm only going on what the owner stated in a meeting we had with him approximately a month ago. I understand your concerns, however I haven't a clue to where you might go for a quick resolution. Councilman? Mayor's office? ...Have you looked on line at the permits that are recent and active for this parcel of land.

Last permit pulled for the address, was back 2013, the city pulled it to demo the building.
