Description
I am concerned about the height of the bushes in the grass divider along Chippenham Parkway. There have been two fatal accidents (possibly three) along a 2 mile stretch between Forest Hill Avenue and the Ed Willey Bridge. The problem is one of visibility. If someone accidently crosses the divider and goes through the bushes, drivers in the oncoming lanes have no warning that someone is coming through until the car is right on top of them. The bushes should be cut lower or removed so that people have a chance to see oncoming traffic and avoid collision when a car accidently goes across the grass divider and heads towards them. This was the cause of the fatalities previously mentioned. Thank you for the fine work you do. VDOT earns high marks from me.
