Description

Continuing problem with erosion in gap between street and sidewalk at my residence (2520 Garth Rd SE). Storm water from next door vacant house (2522 Garth Rd SE) doesn't drain properly into street. It washes down sidewalk then into gap and erodes gravel and soil. I can't plant anything there until this problem is solved. I've complained about this for almost a year. Last year I paid $400 for gravel and put in gap but all of it eroded away. City did replace portion of sidewalk but it didn't really solve drainage issue.
