Description
This house owned by (NOLA PROPERTY GROUP LLC, PO BOX 531823, ST PETERSBURG FL 33747-1823) has been abandoned for over a year +. A while ago a crew came in to remodel, but then stopped. The grass is way overgrown around the garage, the fence is dilapidated, insecure, boards missing, looks like it could fail. Other problems due to the abandonment, shopping cart on the drive, easy access for kids in and out, places for people to hide and get into trouble, a blight in the neighborhood. A back alley runs back from this property, where police have been called before for vagrants. Please Help!

I'm concerned this issue is being opened, then closed and then opened and closed.
"and any corresponding open "work order is now closed" Why would this be a closed issue?
It looks exactly the same? Grass growing even taller, Fence still falling down, open in sections for someone to go in and out, unsecured. Shopping cart on the drive. Abandoned, unsecure, dangerous.
I just got this message 3 minutes ago: "Thank you for your issue submission on SeeClickFix St Pete. This issue that was reported previously has been addressed, and any corresponding open "work order is now closed". Please feel free to submit new requests to us via the SeeClickFix application on the St Pete website, StPete.org/Action, or with the mobile app. Thanks again!"
Please don't close this until it's fixed.

ilovetheburg: once again, our most sincere apologies for any confusion that we may have caused by the accidental closing/reopening of this issue report. I think someone may have just been a little click-happy and that resulted in the multiple mistakes.
Suffice to say, this issue is still 'Acknowledged' and will (hopefully) stay that way until the corresponding Codes case is investigated and resolved (see the link above for information about that case as it progresses through the enforcement process.)
Thanks again for your post and your patience - we appreciate your use of SeeClickFix!
Sincerely, David - Mayor's Action Center
