my best suggestion is to contact the owner of the overall parcel which Olive Garden and Gander Mountain sit on. The owner of the property is Piercon or Dennis Pierce Inc realty. The drive is a private easement owned by that company.
By reporting this issue on SCF, the expectation is that the appropriate parties will be notified and that individual citizens should not be required to contact the property owners. Honestly, I'm surprised that the nearby businesses haven't applied pressure to Piercon to fix.
Not sure if this has been fixed or not, but I would like to take a moment and reply to Mr. Blackwell's comment. Remember this page is operated by a company out of Connecticut and has not ties or affiliation to any governmental entity. All they do is host a forum page in which people can post. Just because something is posted here does not mean that the appropriate party will be notified. Most jurisdictions have a method for filing an issue when it comes to their roads. This page does not, when reading about it, does not make an effort to contact the appropriate parties.
