As originally reported (issue #1530457) on March 14, 2015:
Merchants have blocked the driveway to create more parking, but didn't remove the [driveway's] entrance. Customers now pull up [to] the street side of the concrete markers, blocking the sidewalk and making legal, parallel parking impossible.
The City's original response (on March 18) was:
Inspector Juan Martinez spoke with the owner of the property who does not live in the Houston area. Owner asked for 2-week to correct the parking space issues. Inspector will follow up in 2-week. Issue is closed.
As of June 28, 2015:
The owner has taken no action, and the customers who visit this strip center continue to park on the sidewalk and block pedestrian right of way.

Inspector Juan Martinez visited at the location and posted a red tag at Greeley shopping center giving them a 10 day notice to remove curb stop at driveway approach. He will follow up in 10 days. See photos. No further action required at this time. Case is closed.
