A slumlord owns the property and does not care. Garbage and debris is constantly all over the yard, street and neighboring areas. The children remain in the streets all hours day & night. The house is an eye soar. The Shrubs, trees and lawn is not maintained. Fence is ragged, and cars are often parked blocking the street. Will someone pleases speak to this landlord. Thank you.
