Description
Contractors failed to replace the "no turn on red" signs that can be viewed from the northbound side of the street. As a result, pedestrians crossing 30th st from e->w & w->e are subject to being struck by cross traffic while crossing on a walk signal.
@City Gov: where is the oversight???

signs are still missing. cars are still turning against the red while folks are crossing the street. this is bush league stuff and it's going to get someone hurt.
i brought it to the attention of the UCD guy posted at 30th st this morning. he seemed frustrated too. i'll open a 311 ticket (if i haven't already) as it seems that 311 has been snubbing SCF this year. too bad.

this intersection is a quagmire of construction, crosswalks have been erased and then replaced. some are blocked by jersey barriers. saw a blind woman almost bite it on a steel plate today.
