Description

When Nat. Grid replaced leaking gas lines they broke the sewer pipe and City DPW was to repair it, they needed to get a "y" pipe. Nat grid has been back numerous times to check on the needed pipe repair so that they can fill the hole and blacktop the road. The pipe has not been repaired and it has been at least a month (or so it seams) since the pipe was damaged.
