Description

The pedestrian crossing light on eastbound Allen Parkway just before the Heritage Society buildings is not functioning. It is a marked crosswalk but traffics does not stop for anyone for any reason. It is an unsafe crossing at the best of times and without the lights the only way to cross is when there is no traffic coming.
