Description
Many recycling bins left out between sidewalk and street in front of 4 or 5 addresses along this stretch of Hanover Ave. (north side of the street between Cleveland and Tilden). Always looks trashy and happens routinely. Recycling pick-up in our area was Monday, but the bins are still out and most likely will be out for nearly two weeks until the next pick-up. Please address this with landlords and/or residents. Thanks.
