Description

On the plaza side of 14th street, about halfway between Broadway and City Hall and near the bus stop for the 26, there is a large wooden board (2'x3'?) covering what appears to be a hole in the sidewalk right next to the street. The board has splintered, though it still somewhat conceals the hole beneath it.
