Description

At the Richmond & Fountain View Intersection - when traveling on Richmond towards 610 (going east on Richmond). In the middle lane, just after you pass Fountain View, there is a huge drop in the road. Not a pothole, but the street has definitely sunk in this one location. Because it doesn't show any issues most people hit this at full speed, causing a lot of breaking and swerving - huge traffic issue.
