Description

I have watched this area of Market Street (right by the parking lot and Bank) sink deeper every week. The road is sinking around a man hole, and cars have to swerve into the other lane to pass this area safely. The only thing that gets done is cones or shields are put out, but hours later they are off to the side b/c they were moved or hit. The street needs to be fixed properly!
