711 N 35th St gas been vacant for quite sometime. Several windows are busted and not properly boarded up. Cats live in the basement and smells of urine. AC unit is gone. Gutters are missing or hanging off of roof. Backyard is full of trash and trees are overgrown, one of which has snapped in the recent storm. People cut through the side of the property to get to the park as there is no fence. They also use the grounds to dump trash and use as a toilet. There is a massive magnolia that appears to be rubbing against the power line of an adjacent property.

This property is a danger to this neighborhood and 700 block of north 35th street. It needs to be torn down.
