I completely agree, sometimes only 1 or 2 cars per light gets to turn left, and the green light on Garners Ferry is a long light, about 3 minutes of green, 1-2 cars get to turn left. Badly, badly needs a turn arrow.

With two newer subdivision now, one large, on that end of Greenlawn the traffic is horrible trying to turn left. The outgoing traffic on Garners Ferry travels much too fast and sometimes only one car gets to turn left across all thoe lanes heading out. The utility poles on that corner of the bank have been taken out by wrecks multiple times.
