Please have the property owner clean the many graffiti form top of Hotel California to the street level. I understand there is a construction going on at Hotel California. However the Oakland residences should not be suffering during the construction by allowing graffiti everywhere on this building. The construction company working on this site even hanged their sign on top off 50 feet graffiti on the top floor south side of the building close to the fire scape stairs. Please have the construction company working on the hotel California on San Pablo Ave to remove all graffiti form all side and on top of the building and secure the site or revoke their operating license. This hotel was built in early 1900 or even earlier and yet this construction demolition crew did not wear asbestos protective suites and winds are carrying the asbestos dust everywhere during their demolition and unloading. This construction company did not follow proper asbestos removal either.
