Description

Shrubs on NW corner of Mandela Pkwy/7th St are overgrown, encroaching into roadway and blocking the view between pedestrians in the crosswalk and approaching drivers. Please trim, or better yet remove these shrubs that are inappropriate for this location where sight lines are important for safety.
