Residence has recently had there trees and shrubs trimmed and they look great! However the location in which the debris was piled was probably not the best choice. The materials piled in the ditch are 20 yards upstream from a drainage culvert that has been found to be partially obstructed causing water to sheet over the road during periods of rainfall. The water on the road poses a possible danger to public safety. It will do not good to clean out the culvert if the residence is going to continue to pile the brush in a location that will result in future problems with aforementioned culvert.
