we went away on vacation and came home to a huge shock. our tree which had been slated for pruning was completely removed and left on our front hill. we received no notice. our landscaping is completely crushed (12yrs of planting), our retaining wall is damaged & the tree & stump are still there! It has been 5 days and no one has returned my calls, other to say that a stump removal takes 5 years. I also know that by law an ash is supposed to be burned, but was told by neighbors that the small limbs were all chipped. our new car was in the driveway and was covered in chips. We are still in shock. The kids are devastated, as are we.
