Description

While walking a State Trail I discovered a very recently placed (no flys) pile of 11 ducks, 1 rooster and many used condoms. VERY SICK! DEP says "when posssible" they will clean it up. Disgusting to say the least. I have pics on my phone, submitting on home pc.
