The affected area starts a the utility area abotu 10 feet south of house number 5277 on Winters Chapel Road and extends north until the driveway of 5300 Winters chapel rd
1. There is a fallen tree completely blocking the sidewalk, forcing one to step off the curb onto the busy Winters Chapel Road at a spot where there is no shoulder.
2. There is a carcass of an animal on the sidewalk
3. There are low hanging vines, over the sidewalk forcing once to duck while walking on the sidewalk
4. There is poison ivy and other overgrown plants along the sidewalk, encroaching on the walking space.
