Description
A Bradford Pear tree in front of 110 W. Lancaster Rd has grown so large and is inhibiting the street light causing a security issue and has limbs growing toward the ground causing interference with walking on the sidewalk. There is a sight-impaired couple who walk on that sidewalk. It needs to be trimmed! ASAP!
