Q. What is the issue?
A. There are several "no left turn" signs that were placed at the street light at 4th and M st SW for those turning from 4th St southbound onto M St eastbound. They were placed there for pedestrian safety, yet are routinely ignored. This poses a significant safety hazard. If there aren't enough police, why can't there be a camera placed there to snag violators? It happens so frequently that nearly every light change at least 1-2 cars turn there illegally. I almost got hit there one time.
