Description

A vehicle is being parked on city property (grass covered corner) with a for sale sign displayed on windshield. Is it legal to do this? Not a very welcome sight for our entrance into our neighborhood. It is at the corner of Cotswold Ave and Cotswold Terrace. This is the third time he has done this!
