Description

My name is Costantino Prestigiacomo. I live at 26 Turner Pl. The house next door has been vacant for more than 3 years. The side door is not locked and opens when the wind blows hard. It appears that the door jamb has been damaged. Also, no one has picked up any leaves since the house went vacant. The grounds are a mess. Can someone help?
